Postpartum Planning with Julia Meyer 2hr (Virtual)

$250.00

The fourth trimester and beyond are pivotal periods for mothers, partners, and babies. Having a supportive circle and access to evidence-based resources can significantly enhance your postpartum experience.

To ensure thorough planning and preparation, it's advisable to schedule this session before reaching 30 weeks of gestation. However, if you're further along, fret not – I'm still delighted to assist you.

During our 2-hour sessions, we'll delve into strategies for rest, successful breastfeeding, relationship nurturing, and mindset shifting. We'll normalise the experiences of motherhood and newborn behaviour, preparing you to embrace parenthood fully. We'll also cover setting boundaries, securing appropriate support, and anticipating transitions into parenthood.

Partners and support persons are encouraged to join the session to ensure holistic understanding and alignment.

In addition, you'll receive exclusive access to our postpartum planning eGuide, packed with over 200 pages of evidence-based insights and resources. You'll also become a part of the vibrant GROW Membership Community Hub, offering video guides for gentle postpartum movement, stress management techniques, monthly recipe updates, a comprehensive Birth, Postpartum, and Motherhood Directory, reading suggestions, and concise one-pagers aiding with meal trains, safe co-sleeping practices, and guidance on managing PURPLE crying.

My aim is to empower you and your family during this significant season, guiding you through the fourth trimester (and beyond) feeling calm and confident.
